Despite a well-defined client brief outlining business objectives, I conducted additional research to gain deeper insights into the brand during our initial interviews. Recognizing the client’s goal to convey that “Engineers in Denmark work on major life science projects with a good work-life balance,” we aimed the message at senior engineers desiring groundbreaking projects and family time.
Executing a cohesive strategy, we focused on meticulous storyboarding, refining details, and entered the production phase, where my confidence peaks. Curating sourced stock videos, incorporating AI-assisted narration, and infusing uplifting music, the resulting video achieved a 32% view-through rate and an 11% click-through rate in Youtube
The campaign’s success was underscored by placing four candidates within three months, affirming it as a testament to a well-executed and impactful project in my portfolio.
